Terms of Service

1. Bookings. Reservations are confirmed upon written confirmation and may require a deposit.
2. Payments. Prices are in CAD; taxes may apply. Full payment due by session start unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellations. 24h notice for full refund; within 24h, a partial fee may apply.
4. Acceptable use. No illegal broadcasting or prohibited content per Canadian law and platform policies.
5. Damage. Renter is responsible for equipment damage beyond normal wear.
6. Liability. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use implies acceptance.
